ITINERARY:

DAY 0: JOMO KENYATTA AIRPORT AND TRANSFER A NAIROBI

If you wish and need, you will be met by your personal guide at the International Airport as soon as you land and transferred to the city centre.

You may choose to rest up after the long journey to Kenya or visit the big city.

Otherwise, you will be met by your professional guide at your hotel on the departure day for safari.

We have selected the best accomodation for you. You can choose between:

DAY 1: SAMBURU

This morning let us take you to Samburu National Reserve.

This remote and dramatic landscape is also home to the local Samburu people whose age-old traditions, including the famed ‘singing wells’, are as much a part of the land as the wildlife.

Here, you can also encounter the “Special Five”, 5 endemic species including the Grevy Zebra, the biggest zebra, oryx beisa, somali ostrich, the reticulated giraffe and gerenuk.

We have selected the best accomodation for you. You can choose between:

DAY 2: SAMBURU

Enjoy a full day at Samuru National Reserve.

The banks of the Ewaso Nyiro River are hugely popular with elephants, who love to wallow in its muddy stretches. The river offers a great opportunity to approach, study and photograph these captivating animals.

And when the sun goes down, stop on a hill and sip a fresh aperitif contemplating this magic view.

DAY 3: OL PEJETA

Today venture into the lesser known Ol Pejeta Conservancy, home to a large population of black and white rhinos, together with cheetahs, lions and elephants. The Conservancy also hosts the only chimpanzee sanctuary in Kenya, rescued from black market.

As it gets dark, the spotlight is pulled out to continue with your night drive, giving you the opportunity to spot the nocturnal wildlife, such as predators on a hunt, genets and bushbabies.

This is the accomodation we have selected for you

DAY 4: ABERDARE

Today marvel at the beauty of Aberdare National Park, which offers a wide range of landscapes: from the mountain peaks to their deep, v-shaped valleys intersected by crystal streams, rivers, and waterfalls. Moorlands, rainforests and bamboo forests are inhabited by elephants, black and white colobus mokey, leopards and rhinos.

This is the accomodation we have selected for you

DAY 5: HELL’S GATE

Today go to Hell’s Gate, which is one of the most suggestive Parks in Africa. Gaze in awe at the towering cliffs, desolate rock columns, volcanoes and geothermal steams.

Your guide will drive you to the start of your walking safari. Marvel at nature from on foot, while olive baboons climb to the top of rocks to get ready for the night.

This is the accomodation we have selected for you

DAY 6: LAKE NAIVASHA AND RETURN

Enjoy a hearty breakfast before you are taken to the lake shores for your boat trip. Explore the calm waters of lake Naivasha, teeming with bird-life and hippo. You will be dropped then to Crescent Island, where you will walk among antilopes, giraffes and zebras.

At last, go back to Nairobi in time to connect with your international flight or domestic flight to the coast for a Beach Holiday: you may choose to stay at our exclusive Boutique Hotel.
